The final match of the season was played today, Dutch Hope beat Porn-clan on ukcldm2, and with that they also end up in first place of division 1 (winning with a mere 100 frag difference overall). Congratulations to Dutch Hope and fips for winning their respective divisions.
A big thanks to all who participated, it's good to see the uk qw community is still hanging in there.
Another season may well be on the cards, we'd appreciate feedback on this. It would likely begin sometime around the start of May. We may also run an inbetween weekend tournament if there's any support for one, let us know in #trickery.qw what you think! Keep an eye on the trickery.qw forums at http://www.trickery.net/bb/viewforum.php?f=18 for any updates.

Well the final week has finished and the divisions are now pretty much settled.
In division 2, fips beat a2k in the 4v4v4v4, with Tortured Souls and a 3-man Digital Heresy bringing up the rear. In division 1, Dutch Hope took top spot, with jams beating Four Kings to second place by a single frag! A good week this one, with 31 out of 32 players showing up!
This means that fips take the division 2 title with a 100% record, with Tortured Souls pipping Digital Heresy to second spot. Last but not least a2k come fourth, thanks for keeping at it guys even though you could only managed 2/3 players each week.
It looks likely that Four Kings will win division 1, but it has been decided that Dutch Hope and Porn-clan will play their match from week 1 on ukcldm2 (both clans were drafted into the league a few weeks in to replace some fallen clans, and therefore missed the chance to play this game) tomorrow night (Tuesday 9/3). If Dutch Hope win by 112 they will steal 1st from Four Kings. Thus if Four Kings are to keep hold of 1st place in division 1, then they must hope that Porn-clan can cause an upset and beat Dutch Hope amidst the tight corridors and slime pits of ukcldm2... watch this space!

With the penultimate week ending the victors of this seasons TTDML have become apparent. Unless something disastrous goes wrong 4k have secured their winning of division 1 and fips have secured their place as the champions of division 2. League winners aside there is still a lot to play for in the remaining week with second place in each division is still up for grabs, in both divisions two clans are either tied for second place or one point separates them. Next week's 4v4v4v4 on qffldm2 looks to be very exciting!
Game of the week goes to digital heresy vs tortured souls. Some great work by the old, experienced TS lads.

Great week of Quaking this week. All games were played and everyone seemed to have a good time, great stuff.
Game of the week goes to Dutch Hope vs Four Kings. This was a close game for most of the match, very enjoyable. Did Dutch Hope really just download the map as they said or did they practice this map on the quiet? We will never know..
